During a coaching conversation in Dallas, part of our Kolbe assessment results discussion was focused on having "clarity of vision toward an end goal" and based upon my Kolbe score the amount of fact finding I need to do to take action is almost none.
My new role is one that has me building a training department where none existed previously for a technology that none of us fully understand yet. I've got some smart people on my team - including a few hard core fact finders - and as a result of your wisdom, I've never felt more comfortable with so much uncertainty! I appreciate that I was able to take that little nugget of self confidence into this new assignment. For that, I am grateful.
